The York Cycle Show

 

The Parkinson's Disease Society are the designated charity of the show. We will be tin waving and running a tombola all weekend. Thanks to the companies that have donated prizes:

Brigg to York Leg (20th June)

 

 

Meet at 08.30 for 09.00 at Brigg Leisure Centre

 

Ride the Leg: The Leggers who will represent a PD Branch and will have been fund raising and/or will be sponsored by branch members join on 20th. Please sign in with End to End back-up team.

 

Day Riders : are very welcome to arrive on the morning of the leg without registering first.

There is no charge for joining, but the point of the whole trip is to raise money to find a cure for PD, so a folding donation would be expected.  You will be expected to sign a declaration that you accept the End to End guidelines.

 

The leg will be started by a celebrity, and proceed over the Humber Bridge to join the Trans Pennine route and the White Rose way into York.

 

 

York Minster

 

The riders will be welcomed at the Minster before going on to the Knavesmire Race Course for the Cycle Show.  On Sunday, the End to End Team will be honoured by joining the Civic Party at the Cycle Service at the Minster
